THC - Tetrahydrocannabinol

The most abundant cannabinoid in cannabis, Tetrahydrocannabinol is responsible for the well known intoxicating effects. THC works by binding to the body's cannabinoid receptors (CB1 and CB2) throughout the brain and body. The effects of THC are very different from almost all other cannabinoids. THC is found in very low levels in raw or dried cannabis, it must be heated to be activated.
